Super Bowl in Pittsburgh... I'm that crazy!

On Sunday I did an impromptu trip to Pittsburgh to watch the Super Bowl.  If you know me you know this is very strange for multiple reasons.

1) Football, who wants to watch it?  I am not a football fan, sure I'll go to one WVU game a year but thats because of the Isaacs, Smiths, and corn hole, lets be real.
2) A 4 hour drive on I-79 sounds about as fun as reading the encyclopedia's from A-Z.  I am convinced there is no worse highway in the world.  I-79 has NOTHING on it and 30 minutes in you are completely bored and a four hour drive in reality seems to take at least 8 hours.
3) It was a last minute planned trip.  I like surprises, I like surprise trips, but I don't take them very often.  I should make them more but I have convinced myself lately that I can't.  So I told myself I could.  I chucked all of my obligations on Sunday, some I was super sad to miss- Bible Study, and headed up to Pittsburgh for the big game.
4) Pittsburgh Steelers make me want to gag!  I sported a hunter green cardigan to the party and was the ONLY Packers fan in the room, quite possibly a 400 mile radius.  I was a silent cheerer, and prayer through out the game (gotta respect the party throwers) but I def was excited every time Pittsburgh messed up, which fortunately was a lot.  (Too soon?)

All that to say it was a great time and I'm so glad that I went up and so glad the Packers won!
