I got together last night with some of my girlfriends, Stephanie and I were friends in high school and Misty, Kandi, and Cathy and I became friends when I first moved back from Shepherd. We've all been through so much together and it has been fun watching everyone grow and change. We don't get to see each other very often some more than others. Cathy and her husband Jeff lived in PA so Cathy could finish up her doctorate and now they live in Georgia where she is a professor :) YAY! She is also three months pregnant and the first out of our group to be expecting. How exciting. Stephanie and her husband Matt got married last spring, which brought us all together. Misty is my running buddy!!!! I get to see her probably the most- although with the weather being icky we've been running separately inside :( Kandi bought a house a couple years ago and just took a new promotion. We are all getting so grown-up! We got together for dinner (I had bread, booo) catch up stories, memories, gifts, and a lot of laughter.
