It is a beautiful day in the neighborhood

Good afternoon all.  I've been slacking with my green posts for tips during this Earth Day season, as I am now calling it.  Did you know if you do something for 30 days it creates a habit.  Neat fact huh?   Tonight is parent club @ YL one of my favorite times of the year, having all the parents and other adults involved in YL come in and see what kids are up to on a weekly basis, it is always a good time.
I have a new friend in town, its a baby fox who hangs out at the bottom of my hill and sometimes come up the hill to check things out.  I get so excited every time I see the little guy or gal.  I have no great insights or stories to share today just wanted to say hello and see how you've seen God lately????
I saw him this morning- I had a fantastic one, Ben and I got every thing for club packed up and shared some great laughs and struggles with a friend at lunch.  Community you gotta have it!!!!!  And I am seeing him right now as I sit on my deck, sunglasses and tee shirt on, Nickel Creek in the background and my little fox running down the hill.
      My friends Life is GOOD!!!!!

A few extra green tips for you, since I've been slacking....
  • Set your thermostat one degree lower for heating and one degree higher for air conditioning.  You can save up to $100 a year just by changing it one degree.
  • Double side your copies.  If just one in four office workers made all their copies double sided the annual savings would equal 130 BILLION sheets of paper.  Be the one out of four!!!
