They grow up so fast

I spent the morning having breakfast and doing a little shopping with this girl

Bethanne is a dear friend that I meant when she was in 9th grade, now a sophmore in college they grow up so fast! She came in for the weekend to see family and friends (I fall into both categories). I love sitting and talking with her, I could do it all day and we have before. I am reminded how I am so blest to have great friends and how they say ministry gives back to other people but really I benefit from it so much more. My heart swells with love for this girl and hearing how she is pursuing Christ and loving her maker makes me fall more in love with Him. She is such a delight. As we all seek out our purpose and wonder what we were created to do I am reminded by her of how simple it really is, loving Christ and loving those around us. Pegs (as I affectionately call her, after an unfortunate skiing accident) does a great job at doing just that: loving others so that they see her Jesus.
