"I thought you were the prostitute"

Warning: This blog is kid friendly do not let the title deceive you.

I'm back from my weekend in Florida. It was a great time spent with Katey. I love time spent with people because you walk away with a head full of great quotes, funny stories, and memorable experiences. I love beating a story or joke to death :) I do it often! So brace yourself for some pictures and funny stories from this weekend. The first Katey has technically reserved, which means she is supposed to be the only one who is allowed to ever tell it, however I will share that story now.

Sharon (Katey's friend from Puerto Rico), Karen, Katey, and I were walking down the hall from Karen's dorm room when I decided to duck around the corner on the stairs and scare Sharon. I'm known for my great scaring abilities. Background info: Karen lives in the haunted dorm building, a prostitute hung herself there in the 50's or something. I jump out and say "Boo" Sharon who is wholeheartedly SHOCKED screams, leans up against the wall and shouts "I thought you were the prostitute!" Now this isn't something people hear very often so we proceeded to laugh for a really long time, and then katey and I laugh about it every 5 seconds since then. Katey and I decided that Jesus def used to jump out and scare people when he was a kid too.

15 hours in the car can be boring but overall it was a great time, one or two hours I wanted to sleep, but other than that it was laughing, singing, talking, and just enjoying our friendship. I love that Katey asks the tough questions and needless to say throughout the weekend significant conversation happened along with some tears :) I'm glad to be back and I'm excited for all the girls to be back home this weekend.

Pics from the trip!

My welcoming committee. People at the airport LOVED these girls and they were def having their picture taken alot.
The BEST yogurt place ever! WhiteBerry. I had frozen yogurt w/ oreos, fresh strawberries, and raspberries. YUMMMMM
We don't know how to play chess so we developed Chesters! It is checkers with chess pieces and I am AWFUL at it.
