While I hate change this one didn't really go horrible. I got to spend yesterday and part of today moving her into her new dorm and hanging out. It was so much fun to see where she will be living, where she will be walking to classes, and hanging out. It made me feel as if I am very much apart of this new exciting journey in her life.
This morning we went church hopping. Is it weird that I like church hopping? I love seeing how other churches run, the delivery style of the pastor, worship sets, the people. It is kind of weird for someone who doesn't really like things to change. I love going out of town and scoping out churches to go to.
This morning's church was fabulous. It was a non-denominational church in the older part of Louisville. It is held in an art center, mostly young adults, students, and growing young families. You may be thinking oh contemporary right? Well yes but mixed perfectly with the traditional liturgical. At one point I was considering moving to Louisville just to attend church there. BA was more than happy to encourage this idea. :)
Also on this trip I got to hang out with my cousin Mary and her growing family. I don't get to see Mary very often and actually hadn't seen the newest McCullouch family member, Caroline, yet. Katie, Jane (my friend), and I had a tea party and played with some ballerina magnets. It was so much fun to catch up on what God is doing in her family's life and just spend some time together!
