MACs.... in the Bible.

So much to blog about since last Friday but we'll start with this entry first.  Friday morning I was using my computer, things were going well, I decided to come back to a few emails a little later and take an hour or so to run a couple of errands.  When I got back around an hour later my computer wouldn't work.  The battery was charged, the computer would only halfway turn on; meaning the screen lit up but a folder with a ? mark would pop up.  In a panic I called everyone I knew who could do something about it.  After a couple of hours I realized it was a lost cause and my hard drive had crashed.  Determined to have a great weekend I mourned the loss and moved on.

Surprisingly I only thought about my recent loss once the whole weekend but once I entered back into everyday life yesterday afternoon I quickly realized how much of a handicap this would be this week.  So this morning I buckled down and called Apple to get the process of getting it replaced/fixed going.  After talking to one guy I realized I didn't have some billing info that he needed and that I'd have to call him back.  So  about 30 minutes later I called back and got someone else.  This wonderful person walked me through some steps that the Apple guy on Friday didn't do.  TA DA!  I have a computer again and I have lost nothing (my ITunes is struggling a bit but I can handle not having music and I know this will be fixed shortly).  Needless to say you can now find my MAC in the Book of Mark under healing miracles.

Women's weekend stuff to come....
