Club is just around the corner. Two days and counting till our first club of the semester. I'm so excited too. If you haven't been to a club you should def stop by at some point. It is just such a fun and exciting hour +. I will confess (this is good confession) I am anxiously waiting on God to see what he is going to do this semester. I know he is getting ready to do something BIG and I can't wait to see what it is. This expectation doesn't get in the way of the amazing things I see God doing on a daily basis. Those things aren't small either. This morning I read Psalm 16:11 it says " You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand." Listen to it in the New American Standard "You will make known to me the path of life;In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever."
I mean seriously do things get any better than that?!?!?!?! Why am I not expecting everyday to wake up and God to meet me there. Why am I not expecting to be shown the right path- like he would want to leave me wandering around like a chicken with my head cut off? Why am I not expecting everyday to be filled with his joy- His presence ALONE is the fullness of joy!
Let's EXPECT to be filled, let's EXPECT Him to show up, let's EXPECT Him to be all that he says he is...
