Another day of snow activities

Two days Kanawha county has been off for snow, so two days of snow activities is what I have been up to. Yesterday I played in the snow at a playground. Let me just tell you that a playground that is cold makes the slides REALLY fast. Also I actually saw for the first time ever (except for the movie) someone stick their tongue to a metal pole and get it stuck. Yes Tyler decided he would actually try this. The first time it didn't stick so he thought he'd try again, the second time is worked like a charm and two pieces of his tongue are still at the playground. I wish I were kidding. Today Jane and Carly and I went ice skating. It was so much fun. I ALMOST skated backwards. I'll get it one day. I have been complaining all winter that we haven't had any snow and then just a few days before I leave for Florida God dumps the white stuff all over Charleston. A little present for me, since, no question about it, I won't be seeing it for the next three weeks. As Florida gets closer my list of stuff that needs to be finished seems to be getting longer. As well as my packing list. I'm not a light packer to begin with but factor in three weeks worth and I might as well take my whole house. I'm trying to narrow things down a bit but that isn't working out very well. I want to take 10 pairs of shoes alone. I'm also starting to get a little bit more nervous for flying by myself. I wonder if I'm too old to have a flight attendant assist me like they do minors :) Anywho all of this just to write that I will post directly after this an article that I read awhile back. A friend and I were talking about it last night so I decided I'd post it on here for all to read. I hope you enjoy I did.
Until Next time.....
